This policy explains what personal information ToteRack Plans (toterackplans.com), operated by [Your full legal name] in [Province], Canada, collects and how it is used. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and respect the privacy rights of visitors from the United States.

What we collect

• Your rack settings. The configurator keeps your choices in the page address. We don't store them until you buy a plan.
• Order details. When you buy, our reseller Lemon Squeezy collects your name, email, billing address and payment details. We never see your card number. Lemon Squeezy sends us your email, order number, order status and the rack configuration, which we keep so you can download your plan.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies, and you don't need an account to use the site.

How we use it

• To deliver your plan and let you download it again.
• To answer support requests and handle refunds.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that run the site, each for its own part of the job:

• Lemon Squeezy: payments, taxes and receipts (Merchant of Record).
• Vercel: website hosting.
• Upstash: storage of order records.

We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as you may want to download your plan and for as long as Canadian tax law requires us to keep business records (currently six years). Server logs are kept for a short period by our host.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask how it is used. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have similar rights, and we won't treat you differently for using them. Some information we must keep for legal reasons. Email support@toterackplans.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

Security

Traffic to the site is encrypted, payment data is handled by Lemon Squeezy, and access to our order records is limited to us.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
